Join us for a lunchtime quickie!

This hour-long practice will give you plenty of time to check-in, move with your breath, cleanse the mid-week madness and refresh. It’ll be wrapped up with a deep Mindfulness practice.

Please have a mat, a strap, blocks and blanket. If yoga props are not available, please have comfortable substitutes.
